We've just come back from a glorious long weekend in Briar Patch. The property is superb. Very comfortable, clean and cosy with everything you could wish for in a holiday home. Thank you Acanthus for a wonderful time yet again. Jane (and John Jordan). 12/2015


Simply perfect. This lovely property is situated just off the seafront. Briar Patch offers the discerning holiday maker everything they could hope for with a bright spacious interior and excellent facilities, the owners here have paid attention to every detail to offer a great holiday home. The property boasts a lovely enclosed garden with outside dining area, private off road parking, the advantage of downstairs accommodation, a wood burning stove for winter coziness and free wifi.

Wood burning stove (no fuel provided) flat screen TV with Freesat channels and DVD/BluRay player (second TV upstairs) , iPod/MP3 docking station, free WiFi. Highchair and travel cot.Enclosed rear garden. Outside dining area. Linen (Luxurious Egyptian cotton) ),bath/hand towels for 8 provided. Private off road parking for 2 cars. A lovely welcome pack with wine, nibbles and luxury toiletries.


1 small dog welcome to be kept downstairs. (charges apply) Regret no smokers. Please note-there are some low ceilings upstairs.
